Shipping & Delivery
We offer three methods for shipping: Standard, Expedited, and Rush Shipping. These methods include production and shipping time. Please review the following information to determine which method is needed. If you have any questions please call or email us.
Standard Shipping: is 7 business days and allows time for your order to be produced and shipped in the most cost efficient manner.
Expedited Shipping: is 5 business days and pushes your order to the front of the line for production.
Rush Shipping: is 3 business days. This method places your order in production immediately and air shipping is used to your order to as quickly as possible. If your is placed BEFORE 9:00 AM CST, your Rush Order can be shipped that day. If placed AFTER 9:00 AM CST, your Rush Order will not ship until the next business day.
Delivery: If your order is for multiple quantities (250/500/1000) you may receive cards in two or more shipments. As each quantity is ready, they will be shipped individually.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your order let us know and we will try to address any concerns you may have. You have 5 business days from receipt of your order to request a refund. If your order required a proof to be emailed, and you approved the copy, style, layout, and artwork, you are responsible for any mistakes or typos. If we produced your order and a mistake is made by us, we will reprint and ship your order at no charge.

All your order details are available to customers who have created an account. To view order details, login, go to My Account and review your dashboard. If you placed an order using Guest Checkout, refer to your email receipt for order details.
